Book a clinic vaccination
If your child has not been vaccinated at school, or is not up to date with their vaccinations for any other reason, you can book into a clinic.
At their appointment, your child can also have other vaccinations that they previously missed.
About the flu vaccination
This vaccine protects against flu, which can cause serious health problems such as bronchitis and pneumonia.
When you book an appointment, you can choose either:
- a quick and painless nasal spray - this contains gelatine, derived from pigs (porcine gelatine)
- an injection - this does not contain gelatine, so is suitable for people who cannot have gelatine for religious, dietary or other reasons
